By Requesting a commission you agree..

  • Submitting a request may not guarantee a slot as I reserve the right to decline a commission request.

  • Commissions are paid upfront in USD via Paypal Invoice.

  • Understand that your character will be reimagined in my style.

  • Prices may be subject to change with complex character designs and/or outfits at my discretion.

  • Commission turnaround time may vary. Typical turnaround is 1-6 weeks, but may extend depending on schedule, unexpected delays and commission volume.

Commission process

Once your slot has been confirmed via email after submitting a request and the invoice has been paid, I will send you a link to my trello board. Trello is for your convenience to check for updates as I work through the queue at any time. I also use Trello as a means of communication if there are any delays in my schedule as I am working through the batch.I maintain transparency at every step. You can expect to receive an update at each stage of the commission process.

  • Sketch: The best phase in the process to request for revisions and adjustments without extra cost to you (within reason). Once approved I will move onto lineart.

  • Lineart: Limited revisions and minor adjustments are allowed during this phase. Once approved, I will start coloring.

  • Coloring: Once I am done coloring you will receive your completed commission with a full resolution for personal use + a lower resolution with attached credit if you wish to share it online.

Posting & Usage

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use or reselling purposes is strictly prohibited unless otherwise discussed between us.

  • Should you upload my work anywhere online, please credit appropriately to any of my social media handles.

  • I reserve the rights to post your completed commission to my platforms for advertising purposes. You may request anonymity ahead of completion time.

  • You are free to edit your finished commission as you see fit, so long as the watermark is not altered or removed.

  • Please do not use, alter or upload my artwork in any capacity relating to AI or NFTs.

Rush request

If you are looking to get a commission earlier than my queue dictates you may be subject to a rush fee. The rush fee amount will vary at my discretion depending on how quickly you want your commission completed, your commission type and my personal scheduling. I maintain the right to decline any rush requests.

Refund policy

Refund amount will vary at my discretion based on how far along I am into your commission. If I have not started on your commission you have a right to a full refund. There are no refunds after a commission has been fully completed.

  • Human / humanoid character designs.

  • Fanart and original characters.

  • Blood / bruises / injuries.

  • Commission types not listed may be available upon request.

i don't draw

  • Full-on furry, anthro or mecha designs.

  • Gore, horror, hateful or offensive content or nsfw.

  • Real people / selfies.
